**Responsibilities**:

- **Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.**:

- **Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.**:

- **Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.**:

- **Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.**:

- **Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.**:

- **Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.**:

- **Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.**:

- **Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.**:

- **Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.**:

- **Identify and address potential resistance to change.**:

As a Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

**Who You Are**

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. **Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in business administration, Change Management or related fields.
- 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
- Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)

**Optional Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in organizational Change Management or related field
- Process design expertise
