Entrusted responsabilities
- Manage **critical and recurring IT incidents**, coordinate analysis, and track corrective actions.
- Oversee the **change management process**, minimizing impact and optimizing releases.
- Establish **KPIs and ITSM reports** to track performance.
- Collaborate with support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to drive **service improvement**.
- Train IT teams and business users on **incident and change management best practices**.

required skills
- ** Experience**: Minimum **5 years** in **IT incident and change management**.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **ITIL frameworks** and **ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, etc.)**.
- Experience in **complex and mission-critical IT environments**.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in **English and French**.
