- **Data & Project Management team of Client Register**, which is part of the Technology & Operations Division. This person will be responsible for following up on certain projects, data analysis and change management for the operational teams.As a new member of the unit, you will work with our departmental experts to coordinate projects related to developing our service offering, optimising our processes and adapting our activities so that they can be integrated both efficiently and in line with changing regulations and the needs of the Front. You will be asked to carry out data extractions to respond to various requests from our clients, to carry out mass updates to relieve the operational teams and also to draft/optimise operational procedures for Client Register.You will be joining the unit responsible for ensuring that client (natural and legal persons, funds and institutions) files are complete and properly maintained, both in terms of their data and documentation.**Your role**:

- Conducting business analysis on projects and proposing action plans.
- Following up on projects (coordination, reporting, etc.).
- Being responsible for change management (training teams, drafting procedures).
- Putting governance in place within the unit to manage and implement change.
- Being responsible for governance, once it is in place.
- Acting as a driving force in optimising operational processes.
- Developing the project management, business analysis and change management skills of the unit's employees.
- Mastering data management tools (BusinessObjects) and integration with our visualisation platform (Tableau)

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years’ experience in banking and project management.
- Very good data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of client files would be a plus.
- Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken); German would be a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence and data manipulation tools
