RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - REAL ESTATE FINANCING (H/F) (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : BGL002783) **_BGL BNP Paribas_**_ est une des plus grandes banques du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et fait partie du Groupe BNP Paribas._ - Elle propose à ses clients particuliers, professionnels, entreprises et de banque privée une gamme particulièrement large de produits financiers et de solutions de bancassurance._ - En 2020, _**_BGL BNP Paribas _**_a été désignée « Best Bank in Luxembourg » pour la 5e année consécutive par Euromoney._ - Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous recherchons, pour une embauche en CDI, un/une :_ **Relationship Manager - **Real Estate Financing** (H/F)** **CDI à pourvoir dès que possible** **Votre mission**: Votre mission consistera à développer une relation commerciale privilégiée avec un portefeuille de clients professionnels de l’immobilier et à les accompagner dans leurs projets immobiliers notamment via: - Une démarche pro-active, un conseil compétent et un suivi personnalisé de haute qualité, et - L’intervention active dans la structuration et l’analyse de demandes de financement de projets immobiliers en collaboration étroite avec les analystes crédits et les architectes. Dans cette fonction, vous serez également amenés à collaborer étroitement avec de nombreuses fonctions au sein de la banque et à représenter la banque lors d’évènements. **Apport du poste**: Ce poste vous permettra de développer une connaissance profonde du marché immobilier local, et établir un réseau de connaissances important. A terme, vous serez amené à intervenir sur des financements complexes sur les plus grands projets immobiliers au Luxembourg. **Environnement de travail**: Vous allez intégrer le département Real Estate Financing, une équipe dynamique formée de chargés d’affaires, analystes crédit et architectes, spécialisée dans l’analyse et la structuration de financements de projets immobiliers au Luxembourg. Ainsi, vous allez travailler en contact direct avec la clientèle des professionnels de l’immobilier et les accompagner dans leurs projets immobiliers de tout genre (résidentiel, bureau, commerces). **Votre profil**: **Formation**: Niveau BAC + 4/5 ou expérience équivalente **Expérience**: Minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire **Compétences techniques**: - Idéalement, expertise en matière de financements bancaires - Compétences approfondies en matière d’analyse financière - Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier luxembourgeois - Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques de base **Compétences comportementales**: - Proactivité - Capacité d’adaptation - Capacité d’analyse - Esprit critique - Capacité à décider - Etre orienté client - Capacité à collaborer **Compétences linguistiques**: Français et anglais exigés, la maîtrise du luxembourgeois et de l'allemand constitue un avantage. **Lieu principal**: Luxembourg **Type d'emploi**: CDI **Domaine d'activité**: DEVELOPPEMENT COMMERCIAL **Niveau d'Etudes**: Master ou équivalent (> 4 ans) **Niveau d'expérience**: Au moins 3 ans **Horaire**: Temps plein
