Distribution Oversight Manager

This is a great job for someone who has solid understanding of the investment industry and strong knowledge of all asset classes. You’ll be responsible for the oversight of fund registration and all of the relevant regulatory requirements associated with this across various markets for UCITS and AIFs.

A bit about the job:
The Purpose of the role is to play a key part in the building of Aviva Investors Luxembourg Distribution Oversight Framework in line with local regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for the relationships with our outsourced service providers providing guidance and support in the registration and distribution activities. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with partners and various teams to overcome fund distribution challenges and offer support for registration activities. Alongside this you will also need to develop a strong understanding of fund distribution and stay informed on regulatory updates, assessing their potential impact on our business. Share relevant insights with internal teams to ensure we remain compliant with the latest regulations.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the UCITS/AIF fund industry and especially of the CSSF Circular 18/698 are essential part of the role- Broad knowledge and understanding of investment industry.- Successful track record of building effective working relationships at a senior level to actively influence and achieve results.- Understanding of SFDR regulation and ESG alignment.- CFA or CAIA or equivalent qualification an advantage
