Manpower Permanent Placement recherche pour l'un de ses clients, une institution financière , un(e) Depositary Oversight Manager GB/FR ( M/F/X) – CDI .

Vous intervenez sur la fonction dépositaire avec une forte responsabilité sur la mise en œuvre et le suivi des contrôles réglementaires (AIFMD, UCITS V, etc.) et la coordination avec les différents acteurs internes et externes (notamment la CSSF). Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans l'amélioration continue des procédures et outils, ainsi que dans la due diligence liée à l'intégration de nouveaux fonds et prestataires.

Missions principales :

Manager et soutenir l'équipe Depositary Oversight en charge des activités suivantes :

- - Contrôle de la valorisation des actifs (NAV), distribution des revenus, gestion des souscriptions et rachats, respect des politiques d'investissement, règlement des transactions

  • Suivi des flux de trésorerie

  • Conservation et enregistrement des actifs non détenus en custody

  • Vérification de la propriété des actifs et contrôles « look-through »

  • Participer au processus d'onboarding des fonds (évaluation des risques, rédaction des SLA)

  • Réaliser la due diligence initiale et continue des prestataires et délégués

  • Assurer la gestion des escalades auprès du management et des entités concernées, et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires

  • Envoyer les confirmations d'actifs de fin d'exercice et les rapports dépositaire

  • Contribuer à la production des KPI/KRI et rapports de première ligne de défense

  • Préparer les reportings réglementaires dépositaire

  • Participer aux événements sectoriels et représenter la structure

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure en finance, gestion, sciences ou domaine connexe

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans la fonction dépositaire ou en oversight de fonds

  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication

  • Leadership et capacité à motiver une équipe avec flexibilité et diplomatie

  • Autonomie, proactivité et rigueur

  • Maîtrise avancée des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Anglais courant indispensable

  • La maîtrise du français et d'une troisième langue (italien ou espagnol) est un plus
