**Our client**:
Our client is a Management Consulting Company that operates in a global level. They are looking for experts (from junior to senior) for their Funds Distribution department.
You will work in coordination with the members of this specific team, lead the project and insure the liaison with clients.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **You are involved in fund registration and post-registration services in jurisdictions across Europe (and Asia).**:
- You follow up the regulatory reporting.
- You ensure the coordination between platforms and clients.
- **You prepare of marketing and pre-marketing notifications to the CSSF, as well as maintenance of marketing of funds.**:
- **You review funds’ marketing materials to ensure compliance with laws.**:
- **You oversight the distribution channel of UCITS and AIFs.**:
- You coordinate the initial and ongoing due diligences on fund distributors, business introducers and all delegates involved in the funds’ distribution.
- You prepare the marketing policies of the Management Company.
- You are in charge of the regulatory watch: identification of local distribution rules to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
**Your Qualifications***:
- Fluent in English. Another European language or Chinese language is an asset.
- **A strong experience in investment funds distribution within the financial industry. For a junior position, a first experience in investment funds within the financial industry is required (Transfer Agent,...)**:
- An experience within a consulting firm is not required but would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, rigorous with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player and the ability to work independently.
