We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Distribution & Marketing Oversight and Fund Passporting Officer. In this role, you will ensure compliance with marketing and distribution regulations, oversee delegated distributors, and support clients with fund passporting and cross-border marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee distributors and ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing UCITS and AIF marketing and distribution.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence on distributors, including on-site visits where required.
  • Review key documentation (Prospectus, policies, SLAs) and monitor third-party distribution partners.
  • Manage fund registration and distribution services for UCITS and AIFs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, clients, and service providers.
  • Prepare board reports and maintain internal distribution and registration databases.
  • Stay informed on cross-border notification procedures and evolving regulations impacting fund marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in the fund industry, ideally in distribution oversight (legal, compliance, or TA exposure is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or similar field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of UCITS/AIF regulations, KYC/AML, MiFID II, CBDF, and related frameworks.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and a team player.
  • Tech: Proficient in MS Office.
    Experience in a Management Company or Big 4 firm is an advantage.
