**Your responsibilities**
- Gather requirements of business users, analyze and model business processes
- Develop functional specifications
- Review and validate specifications and processes with Business users
- Communicate results of the analysis to the development team
- Act as a single point of contact for functional issues
- Resolve functional issues raised by users, development and testing team
- Support the development team in their understanding of the business
- Provide support to testing and development teams

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- Business process modeling (BPMN)
- User interface creation (mockups)
- Data modeling
- Able to use and understand XML/XSD and/or JSON JSON Schema
- Documentation of REST API in the form of swagger (YML files with JSON schema)
- Support to the tech guys during development activities
- Testing of the developed features (should be able to: write test cases, incl. preparing test data)
- Fast learner on complex business topics
- A good relationship with a customer
- Able to work in a team with other BAs, various product owners, and developers
- Able to write down proper requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
- FR speaking, with a good level of English
