Abylsen EST, spécialisée dans le transport (automobile, agricole et ferroviaire), l’industrie lourde (métallurgie, sidérurgie,), l’énergie, la pharmaceutique/chimie et les services.

Dans le cadre d’un projet chez l’un de nos clients grands comptes, nous cherchons un(e) **Project Manager Officer** - **PMO** pour aider à l'animation et au pilotage de l'ensemble d’un projet de relocalisation de production.

Une connaissance a mínima des sujets est nécessaire pour réaliser certaines tâches. Vous aurez pour missions:

- L’établissement du référentiel de gestion de projet (PMP, procédures ) ;
- La création et le contrôle du planning, de l'avancement physique ainsi que des plans de charge,
- Le suivi et le contrôle de l'ensemble des coûts du projet (engagements, dépenses, modifications et transferts budgétaires, provisions), ainsi que la proposition d'actions correctives en cas d’écarts,
- L'analyse des risques projets et la coordination des acteurs : identification, analyse et pondération, mise en œuvre des actions préventives,
- La maitrise, le déploiement et le suivi du référentiel qualité sur les projets,
- L'animation de l'équipe sur votre périmètre et l'organisation des réunions de synthèse,
- Le support méthodologique et organisationnel auprès du/des chef(s) de projet.
- La collecte, la consolidation et l’analyse des données, pour alimenter les indicateurs de performance du projet.

**Qui êtes-vous ?**

De formation Bac+5, école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en électronique, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en gestion de projet (ayant effectué 2-3 cycles de projets).

Votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle et votre maîtrise de la relation client seront des atouts pour mener à bien vos missions. Votre autonomie vous permettra de gérer les business cases.

Un niveau d’anglais courant est obligatoire pour le bon exercice de la fonction.
