Project Management Officer

The **PMO reports directly to the ArcelorMittal Construction CEO **and liaisons with the senior executives and other stakeholders for optimal results. Position can be **located in any of our ArcelorMittal Construction premises **across Europe, preferably in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain or Poland with access to travel infrastructure

**Responsibilities and activities of the role**
- Supports translation of ArcelorMittal Construction strategy into actionable and quantitative plan, support s respective projects execution
- Monitors the execution of strategic plan
- Supports launch and definition of programs setup, planning and governance
- Advises on change management strategy
- Leads / supports change management & continuous process improvement
- Coordinates local project managers and project teams
- Follows up on transversal and/or local projects, from project initiation to go-live / run
- Oversees that processes related to projects completion are carried out in efficient and effective manner
- Acts as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans
- Supports business development initiatives across businesses
- Coordinates governance of MC related meetings, follows up with owners of action items
- Assists with compiling and preparing material and agendas for team meetings, such as all-hands presentations and events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and high-quality presentations
- Develop and maintain an appropriate follow-up procedure to ensure that all projects, reports, and task associated with or originating from the CEO’s / CFOs office is completed
- Demonstrate composure and flexibility, regardless of competing priorities
- Is a permanent invitee to MC meetings

- Ability to keep a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Work with mínimal direction and employ excellent judgment.
- Ensure effective time management and ability to prioritize a wide range of activities while ensuring that quality of the output/ execution remains of a high standard
- An articulate speaker
- Working proficiency in English
- 5-15 years of working experience
- Master Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
