**Senior Fund Lawyer - Fully Remote, Business Development**

My client is an international legal and regulatory services firm with a strong focus on the asset management industry. Established in Europe in the early 2000s, the firm has expanded across several key financial centers worldwide and now brings together a team of several dozen professionals. The Luxembourg office plays a central role in advising clients on cross-border investment fund matters, combining global reach with local expertise.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Law - Attorney - Fund - Finance - Senior associate - Regulatory**

- You will be **advising** clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of a wide range of investment funds, including AIF and UCITS.
- You will be **drafting**, **reviewing**, and **negotiating** fund documentation, offering documents, and agreements with service providers.
- It will be asking you to assist with **regulatory filings** and interactions with Luxembourg authorities.
- You will be **monitoring** and **advising** on EU and Luxembourg regulatory developments affecting the funds industry.
- You will be **collaborating** closely with colleagues in other offices and practice areas to deliver integrated cross-border solutions.
- You will be contributing to **business development** initiatives and supporting the growth of client relationships.
- It will be asking you to provide **guidance** and **mentoring** to junior lawyers when required.

- You will have **at least 5 years** of experience in investment funds law, ideally gained within a law firm or financial services environment.
- You will be fluent in **French** and **English**; knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
- You will be comfortable working across a variety of fund-related matters and prepared to adopt a versatile approach.
- You will be **motivated**, **rigorous**, and **curious**, with a proactive and autonomous way of working.
