**Your missions**

As Accounting Lead, you will:

- Oversee the **accounting operations, monthly closing, and quarterly reporting** for the EU entities.
- Contribute to the **development and improvement** of quarterly and monthly reporting procedures.
- Manage the **annual financial reporting process**, including the preparation of financial statements under **LuxGAAP**.
- Assist in tax reporting processes, including **CIT, MBT, NWT, and VAT filings** for the EU entities.
- Support the **quarterly consolidation process** by preparing and reviewing consolidation documentation.
- Assist in managing the **external audit and limited review procedures** for the Group.
- Work closely with internal teams to **enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy**.

This role requires **strong organizational and analytical skills**, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including Europe, Japan, China, and North America.
- Proficiency in LuxGAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and reconciliation.
- Experience in monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
- Familiarity with CIT, MBT, NWT, and VAT regulations in Luxembourg.
- Ability to assist in tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar software).
- Knowledge of consolidation tools and reporting systems is an advantage.
- Strong business correspondence skills and ability to communicate financial information effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to work in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (B2 level minimum); additional languages are a plus.
