Finance Manager
Unlimited full-time position based in Bertrange, Luxembourg
Tasks
As our responsible Finance Manager, you
- oversee and manage the financial planning and reporting for all our company locations
- monitor the budgets and align them with our business plan in close collaboration with our department leaders
- manage the cashflow and handle accounting, as well as ad hoc financial operation requests together with your skilled team members
- are involved in the fundraising, bring inputs and support along the way
**Requirements**:
- Degree in finance management, economics, or similar
- Profound work experience of at least 4 years in a role with financial responsibilities, ideally also managing a team
- Excellent level of English, as well as either German or French (if you cover both languages this would be a great plus)
- Experience in accounting, financial planning and cashflow management, ideally in a start-up
- Solution-oriented self-starting mentality and creative “can-do” approach
