In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities

To achieve this goal and as part of the development of the Administration & Human Resources Department, we are to looking to hire : Human Resources Officer (M/F/d):
**Responsibilities**:
**_What you will be doing :_**
- Ensuring the administrative management of all personnel files
- Maintaining the daily update of the working time management system for all departments (time registrations, leave, illness, absences)
- Maintaining regular reports, statistics and management charts relating to human resources
- To being the privileged point of contact with the competent administrations in terms of social security, health (CNS) and taxation
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements or the collective labour agreement in force when drawing up employee schedules
- To take charge of the complete management of the salary calculation of all the company's employees
- Administrative and financial management of the files of early retirees
- Under the supervision of the manager, ensure the establishment of contracts and amendments relating to the company
- Establishing and maintaining the accounting documents relating to salaries
- Follow up monthly and annually the reimbursements of the mutual insurance company
- Ensuring the replacement of the security planner in case of absence
- Participating in the various projects of the HR department
- Participating in the integration of new employees

Must Have Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Higher education diploma (Bac +2) or equivalent experience in a similar function

**Experience**:

- minimum 3 years experience in an HR department

**Languages**:

- French: fluent in spoken and written French
- English: operational level in the profession
- Luxembourgish: basic level in the profession
