**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**
The HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement Officer is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the reliability and performance of HR systems, delivering actionable data insights to support strategic decision-making, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- HR Reporting & Analytics: generating and delivering regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics (PKIs, KRIs) that provide actionable insights to leadership and HR teams. Ensuring that reporting is both reliable and aligned with key HR and business priorities.
- Data Quality & Governance: maintaining high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the HRIS. Ensuring that all HR data handling complies with data protection regulations such as GDPR, and with internal governance policies.
- Executive reporting coordination: playing an active role in coordinating and contributing to the preparation of HR presentation and reports for Executive Committees and Board meeting. Ensuring accuracy and clarity of content.
- Process Improvement: proposing and implementing improvements to increase automation, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of HR service delivery.
- Project Support: ensuring the follow-up and contributing to HR projects, particularly those focused on digital transformation, system upgrades, or process redesign. Collaborating across departments to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
- HR systems management: ensuring HR Information Systems are consistently maintained, configured, and optimized to support evolving business needs. This includes managing system settings, user access, and coordinating with IT or vendors for updates and enhancements.
- Stakeholder Support: serving as a central point of contact for HR system and data-related queries, the supporting and HR colleagues and internal stakeholders, promoting effective use of tools and ensuring user needs are addressed promptly.
- Given the small size of the Human Resources department, a degree of flexibility is required of each staff member who should expect to perform other tasks as required.
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement Officer?**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analysis or Business Management 2-3 years of experience in a HR Analytics function, working with and supporting an HR Information System. Experience working with Cornerstone is a strong asset,
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate, interpret and represent data to the business,
- Willingness to improve systems and processes,
- Ability to work independently and in a team,
- Strong sense of urgency, enjoying a fast pace environment,
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts),
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential data,
- Project Management skills,
- Fluent in English. Any additional European language is an asset.
**Additional Assets**
- HR related GDPR regulation extended knowledge,
- Experience in Protime and Bamboo HR,Empathy and resilience.
