diego stellt **einen/e Back-Office-Assistenten/in** mit unbefristetem Vertrag ein.

Unter der Verantwortung unseres Head of Operations sind Sie für die Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen innerhalb unseres Geschäftsbereiches verantwortlich.

**Aufgaben**:

- Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen
- Vorbereitung von Lieferantenbestellungen
- Verfolgung von operativen Anfragen
- Überwachung von Lagerbeständen
- Manuelle und wiederkehrende Rechnungsstellung an Kunden
- Projektabwicklung mit unseren Subunternehmern
- Verfassen von Kundenangeboten

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Gewährleistung und Überprüfung der Unternehmensdaten-Qualität
- Koordination des Lagerbestands
- Privatkundenvertrieb
- Bestellungen und Vergabe von Subaufträgen

**Gesuchtes Profil:
- Inhaber eines verwaltungstechnischen oder kaufmännischen DAP/CATP (Diplom über die berufliche Reife), eines Technikerdiploms (DT) oder eines Bachelors
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit EDV-Tools sowie Affinität zu IT-Tools
- Präzise, gründlich und die Fähigkeit Aufgaben, ihrer Priorität entsprechend, zu bearbeiten
- Kunden
- sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten
- Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit
- Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache; idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in Luxemburgisch und Französisch
