**_ Billing_** **_Officer _**_- Your Role :_**
As a **Billing Officer**, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Reviewing invoices in line with internal procedures and client agreements.
- Overseeing e-billing processes and payment follow-up.
- Monitoring client budgets and unbilled fees.
- Preparing monthly reports for management.
- Collaborating with the collection team to handle payments.
- Addressing internal and external billing-related queries.

**_Billing Officer_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- ** 3 to 4 years **of billing experience in a** **Luxembourg law firm**.**:
- ** Fluency in French and English **(additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially **Excel**.
- Knowledge of **VAT** regulations is a plus.
- ** Bachelor's degree** in accounting, finance, or a related field.
