We are assisting our partner, a Luxembourgish fiduciary of fifty talented people and created a couple of decades ago, nowadays, in its search of a German speaking Senior Compliance Officer. The fiduciary offers a comprehensive and complete service to its clients which includes Accounting, Payroll, Corporate and Compliance.
For this open position we are looking for their future Senior Compliance Officer who will join a team of less than five people and work directly with one of the partners. You will be part of a workplace where different cultures and backgrounds are represented. This will allow you to have interesting conversations with your future management and coworkers.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary - Legal - Compliance Officer - Commercial Companies

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will work on a portfolio of clients mainly consisting of Commercial Companies and a few Soparfis. You will also have the opportunity to be in direct contact with your clients. You also care about developing long-term relationships with them.

You will insure the identification and evaluation of any risks that may arise and report your risk analysis to the management and colleagues.

You make sure that all internal processes and procedures are in compliance with the legal rules and regulations.

You are, and remain, up to date with the latest legal developments and are able to put any changes into practice.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary - Legal - Compliance Officer - Commercial Companies

At least five years of experience as a Compliance Officer is required for this position in Luxembourg, and preferably within a fiduciary or similar type of structure.

You should have a previous experience with, and exposure to, a portfolio of commercial companies clients such as SME. Experience with Soparfi would be a plus, but will not comprise the majority of your portfolio.

You are looking to integrate a human team with good exchanges and a fluid communication. As a result, you will not not have any issues to be integrated easily in the existing team.
