To support the digital transformation of our organization, Cebi International S.A. is recruiting a Data Officer.

**Your Mission**:

- Governance:

- Develop and implement a general data governance policy
- Define the scope of data control, tools, norms, standards, and processes
- Ensure data management and reliability principles are followed
- Manage change and implementation of data governance policies
- Management:

- Deploy and steer the general data governance policy
- Ensure that all the players in the data value chain provide the resources needed to achieve the company's transformation ambitions
- Guarantee control of data throughout its lifecycle.
- Organize cross-functionality, pooling, and sharing of data to improve knowledge (customer, product, ecosystem) and the performance of internal processes
- Communication:

- Promote and defend the use of data to drive transformation within the business lines and the company

**Deliverables**
- Develop a data governance policy.
- Establish a data community organization

**Your Profile**:

- 5 or 6 years' higher education in engineering, business management, or statistics
- Several years' professional experience in cross-functional roles
- You are fluent in English and French
- Available for business travel
- A work permit is required for non-European Union Nationals

- Determines the IS model and enterprise architecture, maintaining consistency with the organization’s policy and guaranteeing a secure environment. Recognizes potential risks and business requirements to ensure resilience in aligning systems and services with business strategy, and makes strategic IS decisions for the company
- Develop new concepts, ideas, products or services creatively
- Implementing innovative approaches and driving cultural change in favor of innovation
- Defines and implements a formal organizational strategy, scope and culture to ensure the integrity and security of information against external and internal threats
- Analyses business and technology strategy alongside emerging threat
- Identifies and manage critical information and knowledge
- Create and implement processes and structures to optimize and share information
- Establishes and maintain good working relationships within a multi-stakeholder environment
- Facilitate collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding SI strategy and aligning it with business needs
- Proven experience in leading innovative approaches and managing change
- High level of expertise in information security and knowledge management
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills.
