RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational activities:

  • Collect and monitor data according to standard procedures and schedules defined in weekly meetings
  • Initiate alerts when necessary and follow up on previously identified points of attention
  • Participate in the monitoring and improvement of operational procedures
  • Engage in ongoing control activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Guide internal and external customers through established procedures and controls
  • Guide internal and external customers through the procedures and controls in place
  • Report daily progress, successes, and challenges, and provide updates during weekly meetings

Formation / Spécialisation

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum Bachelor (3/4 years post-secondary education education)
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge in Python, SQL, IT langage should be an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
