Your main responsibilities
As a Client Data Management Officer in the CDM unit you will report to the Head of CDM and, indirectly, to the COO, and assist in performing all relevant regulatory and EFG Group mandated controls
You will in particular:
- Open new client and bank/counterparties accounts in line with legal control procedures
- Close accounts following the account closure procedure
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the client files and data.
- Collect, analyse and archive the clients’ compliance documents (AML/KYC) and update them taking into account evolving legislation
- Update client data and controls (‘Know Your Customer’)
- Scan and archives client’s file.
- Perform controls and quality checks on system inputs and modifications, signatures, powers for instructions received via eBanking, e-Banking accesses, completeness of portfolio valuations and systems input, etc.
- Help to detect administrative anomaly, operational risks or failures that could impact internal or final client’s perceived quality
- Provide support to various business lines and supporting function interlocutors
**Profile**:
- Knowledge of laws and regulations with regard to clients identification (AML/KYC) and Tax (QI/FATCA-CRS), documentary requirements and professional secrecy
- Knowledge of the financial industry, corporate structures and funds industry.
- Fluent in English and French, other languages would be asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
