**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Install and operate robots & equipment that will serve on the assembly line of the Leko panels
- Design and engineer electrical and pneumatic circuits including realization of appropriate technical drawings for manufacturing and documentation
- Maintain all tools and electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment, and recommend new as needed
- Contribute to put in place high machining quality standards including the required internal documentation
- Install, operate and maintain CNC machinery used internally to manufacture prototype system components throughout development iterations
- Coordinate equipment preparation and assist in the procurement process
- Perform troubleshooting on electrical, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies
- Assist product development tests and help modify them as required
- Arrange shipping and support testing at test labs as required
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations, maintaining an orderly and clean shop
- Use a full range of precision and standard measuring instruments to check work

**Requirements**:

- Industrial manufacturing or production experience with a strong electro-mechanical background and hands-on attitude
- Work with hand and small power tools to build, modify and disassemble electrical and mechanical prototypes
- Experience in using electrical test equipment (i.e. digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.) as well as mechanical measurement tools (calipers, dial gauges, etc.)
- Experience in hand-soldering industrial cables and connectors as well as realizing complete industrial electrical cabinets/systems
- Be able to read and create electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Be able to read and understand technical mechanical drawings, datasheets and written work instructions
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies
- Ability to cover general shop / technician tasks including troubleshooting
- Have a “can do” and ”get any task done” attitude
- Good at communicating with a range of personalities and job levels from Technicians to Engineers
- Self-starter able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in maintenance and programming of CNC milling machines
- Metrology experience is an advantage, especially if applied to CNC tool quality (drill/mill wear & tear) and/or post-machining part quality inspection (CMM, etc.).
- Experience with CAD software and E-plan is an advantage
- Fluent in French; fluency in English and/or German is highly desirable
