We are currently looking for a **Senior Maintenance Technician** to join our team.

**About MHL**:
MHL is a part of Vauban&Fort Group, an innovative leader in the housing market and a pioneer in Coliving since 2015. Our team of skilled handymen keeps growing, and we are looking for a qualified handyman to join our fast-growing team.

**Main** **Tasks**:

- Take ownership and lead of projects from start to finish
- Renovations and maintenance of the properties
- Building walls /Rooms with Dry wall
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Painting
- Tiling
- Furniture assembly
- Floor installation
- Gardening

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the field of construction
- Previous experience leading a team or managing small projects
- Reside in Luxembourg or proximity
- A positive personality and good interpersonal skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English or French (mandatory), Portuguese (advantage)
- References from previous employers are welcome
