As Senior Compliance Officer (F/M) and member of the Global Compliance team, you will report directly to the Conducting Officer in Luxembourg as well as the Global Head of Compliance based in Paris.
**Your responsibilities will be the following**:
Responsible for overseeing and managing compliance related matters within the organisation, ensuring that the company and its employees are adhering to internal policies and procedures and also with regulatory requirements
Registered with the CSSF as RC for the asset manager and its Luxembourg SICAV, you will be responsible for assessing the anti-money laundering risks related to the Company and the SICAV, implementing applicable policies and procedures, and producing the Annual MLRO Report
Manage the Firm’s relationship with the CSSF
Maintain a strong compliance presence within, and provide compliance oversight for the Luxembourg office
Monitor the compliance risks related to the activities of the Company and review the global framework on an ongoing basis
Ensure that the Distribution activities, sales flow, product and marketing materials are in compliance with applicable regulations
Provide input to the global compliance working program in collaboration with other team members
Assess the non-compliance risks and integrate them into the local risk assessment
Assist the operational teams and Senior Management with enforcing compliance culture, policies and procedures
Define, set-up and monitor compliance training program for the Luxembourgish Office
Monitor regulatory developments and draft/update local compliance policies/procedures and assist the Global Head of Compliance in integrating the best practices within Group policies
Provide assistance to the Group Compliance and AML Committees
Point of escalation of any compliance issue identified within the Luxembourg Office
Relay any issue met within the organization to the Senior Management and Global Head of Compliance
For this position, we are looking for someone who will be able to act autonomously within this field.
More specifically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
At least 10 years of proven experience in a similar position in Financial services dealing with AML and KYD related matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Proactive and solution oriented - ability to anticipate blocking point and define accurate recommendation accordingly
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build good relationships with multiple contributors at different level of the company
