**Financial Services/ESG Senior Consultant/Manager**
**Task**
- Support and deliver change projects, ensuring its timely delivery within the budget
- Perform business analysis on operational processes and systems of financial institutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, both on assignment and for the development of the Reply team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations and best practices to provide informed advice to clients and stakeholders
- Continuously develop expertise in solutions for financial services, through the opportunities provided by Reply and of your own initiative

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in the Banking industry
- Previous experience working on a change project
- Previous experience working on ESG topics and projects will be highly regarded
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Previous experience designing solutions that are useable, valuable and viable for the client
- Ability to travel for client engagement and on-site activities within Belgium and across Europe
