Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time. Serves on large and/or complex projects. Also, serves as the lead consultant/project manage on smaller or less complex projects. Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas. Has both broad and in-depth knowledge in chosen field, plus strong knowledge of related areas. Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with committees and more senior management. Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills. May lead projects and/or train lower-level staff. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.

The applicant must be:

- Able to lead large scale Projects such as Fund / Sub Fund / Share Class launches and Fund Migrations into the TA area for new and existing Clients.
- Able to work with, and coordinate over, multiple teams (TA, FA, Custody, etc).
- Comfortable with facing Clients directly, among other external parties.
- Familiar with a broad range of Fund types, over multiple domiciles, and characteristics (ELTIFs, RAIF-SIF, UCITS, PE/RE, etc).
- Able to build TA op models to support new Clients and Client new requirements.
- Familiar with coordinating and setting up Funds in TA platforms.
- Able to smoothly deliver Funds and Fund Events (restructures, name / cycle changes, liquidations, etc ) into the production environments.
- Able to train Ops Teams on new Fund models.

Knowledge of the below would be an asset:

- Multifonds,
- Fluent in German,
- Retrocessions / Trailer Fees,
- High level technical knowledge (migrating of systems, advanced excel, testing, etc),
- Prior TA operational knowledge (AML, Registration, Dealing and Cash).
