As a Business Implementation Officer you will be responsible for coordination and preparation of service proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset class e.g. real estate, private equity and infrastructure. You will be expected to Issue fee proposals for the suite of service our partner is providing to its clients (e.g. Alternative investment Fund Manager, Fund Administration, Depositary Services, etc ). You will be expected to help coordinating between various internal and external stakeholders a smooth onboarding process until handover to the operational teams. You will ensure the lead in large RFP preparation and overall large implementation activities You will engage with clients to ensure a perfect User experience for new prospects and clients.

**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Finance or Economics (or equivalent studies).
- Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in a major audit firm or in accounting with a fund administrator in the field of PE/RE alternative funds.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience with macros would be considered as an asset.
- Solution-driven and results-oriented, problem solving attitude, constructive client oriented mindset.
- Structured and well organised with strong skills in coordination to get buy-in from others.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn as well as capability of knowledge sharing.
- Good inter-personal skills and a strong command of English language. Any other language would be considered an asset.
- Natural team player who can work independently as well.
