daappa is the data, accounting, and administration platform for private assets. The daappa platform is a combination of software, cloud technology, data management and proactive client servicing designed to assist asset owners, general partners, asset managers and fund administrators to be data-driven, transparent, and operationally efficient.

To support our growth, we are looking for an **Implementation Consultant** with established skills within the **Private Assets business**.

**The Mission**

This is an exciting opportunity for an **Implementation Consultant **to join the Professional Services Team of an ambitious and growing fintech, based in Luxembourg.

**The Role**
- Understand how clients use the company’s solutions and use that knowledge to improve the product and the customer experience,
- Prepare and deliver functional demos to prospective clients and facilitate pre/post implementation workshops,
- Use BA techniques to scope and elicit requirements during implementation and upgrade projects and to define priorities,
- Create User Stories and Functional Specifications as well as planning, documentation, and execution of supporting test cases,
- Deliver consultancy and training in connection with new implementations, post implementation deliverables and upgrades,
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project implementations,
- Lead or assist the delivery of specific projects,
- Contribute to the design of innovative solutions,

**Experience**

You have **2-5 years’ experience** working as an Implementation Consultant in a software delivery environment or in the Private Assets business,

**Qualification**

Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in **Business or Finance**,

**Skills required**
- **Financial Services** background (Show knowledge of the Private Equity and Real Estate sector),
- Knowledge of the **systems project life cycle**, with proven experience of delivering projects using different methodologies,
- Experience of working closely with end users and senior business stakeholders gathering **business, functional and non-functional requirements**,
- Experience working closely with architecture design, development, and testing teams,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team as well as independently,
- Excellent communication (including presentation), listening and interpersonal skills,
- **English** and **French **language - bilingual proficiency written and spoken,
- Must be flexible to travel when required,

**What We Desire**
- Experience in the **Private Assets business** (such as Middle Office, Fund Administration),
- Client facing experience or wider consultancy experience would be highly beneficial,
- Working in an **Agile** environment,
- User training experience,
