Without limiting the generality of the above, the scope of the role is broken into several key areas:
Support the CO responsible for Risk Management in their work.

Work with the CO responsible for Risk Management to ensure that the Risk Management function is “audit ready” at all times.

Day to day performance of the risk management activities for the AIFs under management and for the AIFM.

Maintains the risk management tools (risk profiles, reporting models, etc.), procedures and risk policies, drive efficiencies and automation in respect of data collection and production of the risk reports.

Perform pre-deal risk assessments and report to the Portfolio Management Committee/ Investment Committees to inform the Committee’s decision making.

Perform and enhance Market Stress Testing in line the CSSF requirements.

Perform and enhance Liquidity Monitoring and Stress Testing models in line with the CSSF requirements.

Perform quarterly portfolio risk monitoring at AIF level and present the reports to the Conducting Officers and the Board of the AIFM.

Perform regular AIFM-level risk monitoring, evaluate, monitor and report on the ongoing risks faced by the AIFM as well as work with the relevant functions on any ad-hoc incidents, report the findings to the Conducting Officers and the Board of the AIFM.

Support the AIFM for remediation and reporting on operational risks and incidents.

Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with CSSF Circular 18/698.

Review AIFMD leverage ratios for inclusion into Annex IV quarterly reporting.

Act as a second line of defence to monitor the alignment of the liquidity of the investments made by AIFs under management with their liquidity profiles and their redemption policy (where applicable).

Liaise with the internal and external auditors in respect of audit missions.

Contribute to client presentations, due diligence reports and other documents required by the prospective and current investors.

Support LaSalle Group's Risk Management functions and the Global Director of Investment Risk working with colleagues in other jurisdictions on establishing best practices, information sharing and implementing a harmonized efficient approach to risk management.

Work with the European CFO and the EMEA Enterprise Risk Management Committee to assist with information sharing and coordination of projects and remedial actions required to improve the risk profile of the Group and the AIFM and improve the risk maturity of LaSalle’s Risk Management Framework.

Act as manager of Luxembourg clients’ SPVs.

Support new product onboarding, review the risk sections of the fund documents and the operating memorandums, prepare risk profiles for the new AIFs.

Work with the colleagues in other functions to ensure smooth operations of the AIFM platform.

Support the Conducting Officers and the European Legal and Compliance team in respect of projects at the AIFM and Group level.

Represent the AIFM platform to colleagues working for other LaSalle affiliates, work with the CO Risk Management to educate colleagues in other jurisdictions on Luxembourg regulatory requirements.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
Educated with a relevant bachelor’s degree ideally in Finance, Economics, Business or Real Estate Management.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position within an AIFM and/ or UCITS Management Company or similar position in a financial institution involved in the fund business.

Good knowledge and understanding of the AIFMD and CSSF Risk Management requirements is essential.

Able to form good working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the Luxembourg office and the wider LaSalle organization;
IT risk knowledge advantageous;
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
