We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Conducting Officer - Portfolio Management Oversight. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Act as a Conducting Officer for the portfolio management function, as approved by the CSSF.
- Oversee and monitor the performance and compliance of delegated portfolio managers, ensuring alignment with investment objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular due diligence on portfolio managers, including onsite/remote visits and assessments of investment processes and operational capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Group guidance, especially around delegation, best execution, and conflicts of interest.
- Participate in investment committees, risk committees, and board meetings, presenting updates and recommendations related to portfolio management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in asset management, portfolio management, or fund oversight roles, with 2-5 years’ experience as a Conducting Officer for Portfolio Management Oversight.
- Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD frameworks, particularly delegation rules.
- Knowledge of various asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
