**What you will be doing**

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Operations Analyst to join the Business Development Team in Luxembourg.

The Business Development Operations Analyst is responsible for establishing a data-driven approach for the target cities we want to launch/develop.

They will structure the data in order to create decision-making frameworks enabling Managers establish a strategy for the cities they are developing. Provide deep analysis to identify the growth drivers. Learn/absorb the foundational store and retail data to support analytics,for example, by identifying patterns with emerging trends in a specific area of a city.

With a view to making the BD team more efficient, they observe how it works and ensure that the pipe-line is filled in on a daily basis (contact fields, reports, etc.). These observations enable them, among other things, to optimise already existing processes by automating tasks as much as possible, and by prioritising the team's tasks from an administrative and funnel point of view. They will be able to establish a list of prospects to contact, for whom the chances of closing are greater.

They will improve the team’s modus operandi by working with other BD Operations analysts across the group to harmonise processes, procedures and implement various actions and tools.

Business Development Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

- Establishing a data-driven approach in the target cities we are launching/developing.
- Analyzing data and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Generating lead lists and assignment mechanisms to improve BD quality and speed of execution.
- Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies.
- Form part of our international BD Ops community, formed by other BD Ops Analysts across the group.
- Analyzing merchant behaviours to identify growth drivers.
- Improve the team’s Business Development methodology

- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Previous Experience with Looker is a plus
- Knowledge of common CRM systems
- Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies
- Ability to manage stakeholders and complex projects
- Competency in lead/prospect generation
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A determined detail-oriented mindset and an attitude to do whatever it takes to execute complex projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and to remain calm under pressure
