Our client a young Luxembourgish company developing an open digital platform for the finance industry.
**Responsibilities**:
Analyse and formalize stakeholders requirements and support the product development lifecycles to ensure that implemented changes meet business expectations:
- Analyse and formalize business requirements in User stories
- Liaise with the Product owner, the UI/UX specialist and the development team to identity the best solution to meet the business requirements
- Participate in the software development lifecycle from user stories creation to acceptance
- Participate in change management activities (functional documentation, user training, organization of acceptance tests) to ensure smooth transition of the solution into operations
- Identify risks and provide regular report to Project Manager
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the agile framework
**Profile**:
- Master in IT or Finance
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the financial services industry (Asset Management, PE/RE, Wealth Management or Service provider)
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry
- Good knowledge of information systems and architecture
- Strong experience in requirements collection and formalization
- Strong knowledge of the agile framework
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio and DevOps tool (Jira or ADO)
- Knowledge of Sharepoint online and Microsoft 365 will be considered as an asset
- French (C2), English (C2)
