Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).
GENERAL
To accomplish their mission, She/he works closely with IT administrators and IT service owners to implement necessary changes, executing IAM processes and monitoring the user lifecycle.
**Her/His main responsibilities are**:
Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) for all identity management topics.
Documenting and enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies and processes.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
As anIdentity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, possessing a blend of technical and interpersonal skills is crucial.
**Data Collection**: Gather and manipulate relevant data related to user access, permissions and security policies.
**Documentation**: Prepare functional and/or technical requirement documentation
**Risk Assessment**: IAM Analysts assess risks associated with access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization process.
**Security Standards**: Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001:2022 and ISMS (Information Security Management System) is required.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client-centric mindset.
Be familiar with Role-based access control.
Active Directory or similar knowledge is a strong plus
