**Job description**: To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an **Indentity & Access Management Analyst** speaking **French & English.** **Your main responsibilities**: - Be part of the Service & Delivery Management Team - Ensure that access rights are aligned with an individual’s current role and can provide a summary of the access rights an individual had at a specific time - Work closely with IT administrators and IT service owners to implement necessary changes, executing IAM processes and monitoring the user lifecycle - Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) for all identity management topics - Documenting and enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management - Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies and processes - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices **Job requirements**: **Your profile**: - You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position - Fluent in **French** & **English**: - Familiar with Role-based access control - ** Data Collection**: Gather and manipulate relevant data related to user access, permissions and security policies - ** Documentation**: Prepare functional and/or technical requirement documentation - ** Risk Assessment**:IAM** Analysts assess risks associated with access controls, authentication mechanisms, and authorization process - ** Security Standards**: Familiarity with security standards such as **ISO 27001:2022 and ISMS (Information Security Management System)**: - Will be considered as an advantage the knowledge of **Active** **Directory** or similar - Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills - Client-centric mindset **_ **What is offered**: - Take the opportunity to join our "NSI family", where human values remain at the heart of our priorities - Permanent contract - Training courses - Dynamic and innovative environment - Be in the position to open your career perspectives - Competitive salary package **_
