**Job description : Sr. IAM Expert -OnPrem (French‑Speaking)**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Provide L3/L4 advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex Identity Manager issues.
- Support API integrations, advanced connectors, and custom module configurations.
- Assist in developing and reviewing complex customizations, scripts, and advanced system behaviours.
- Work with Quest / One Identity Manager (Identity Manager + Data Governance Edition).
- Support and optimize joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes, access provisioning, governance workflows, and automated identity lifecycle.
- Ensure IAM platform stability, performance, and secure operation.
- Good understanding of internal IAM needs and ability to translate them into actionable business and technical requirements.
- Design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions end‑to‑end.
- Provide L3/L4 support across authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate small IAM projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal experts and align with vendor professional services when needed.
- Support users and stakeholders in adopting new IAM technologies and workflows.
- Conduct ongoing technology watch to introduce improvements, best practices, and modern IAM capabilities.

**Added Requirements**
- Experience with IAM processes and enterprise IAM solutions.
- Ability to work independently through full lifecycle: requirements gathering design implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills for understanding business needs.
- Proactive in proposing new ideas and solutions to improve business and IT efficiency.
- High attention to detail to ensure long‑term sustainability and reliability of IAM systems.
