Internship - Identity and Access Management
Working in the Technology Infrastructure department, you will join Lombard Odier's Identity & Access Management team as an Intern. The IAM team is responsible for managing the access rights to almost 3,000 Lombard Odier employees and 7 infrastructure customers. You will work closely with the group responsible for creating and improving reports for Risk teams, Auditors, and Banking Authorities.
YOU ROLE
Access Management & User Support:
- Analyze and process access requests for internal systems
- Provide support to users facing access or login issues
Account & Permissions Administration:
- Create, update, and remove user accounts and access groups in Active Directory
- Configure and maintain file server permissions using NTFS rights
- Administer secure password vaults (VAULT) to protect sensitive credentials
Workflow & Procedure Optimization:
- Administer and improve workflows for assigning access rights
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical procedures related to access management
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid interest of Windows environments, Active Directory & NTFS permissions
- A previous experience in access or identity management will be highly appreciated
- Good command of Office tools (mainly Excel and Access)
- Precise, autonomous, and a great team player
- Adaptable in complex environments, with good stress management and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
