**Your mission**:
As HR Project Manager, you will lead strategic human resources initiatives that align with CANAL+ organizational objectives. You'll be responsible for managing HR projects from end to end - from initial planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and review - ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with the highest quality.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project team members, including internal HR staff and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and performance; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
- Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Maintain clear documentation (project charters, schedules, reports, etc.).

**What we're looking for**:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid project management skills: planning, execution, follow-up.
- Proven experience in leading complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting messaging to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in change management and overcoming resistance to change is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).

**✈️**VIE Program Eligibility Requirements**:

- Be under 29 years old on the start date of the mission.
- Have never completed a VIE assignment before.
- Must not have previously done a profesional internship in Luxembourg.
