Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic **Senior Project Manager - Fund Accounting / Fund Events**:

- Lead and manage transformation projects in Core Banking, Funds Operations, or Data Management, ensuring strategic alignment and governance.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, securing approvals from governance bodies.
- Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and process improvements across banking and fund operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the collection, validation, and documentation of business requirements, working closely with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment phases, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Drive change management and training initiatives to support business adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution, ensuring successful execution.
- Provide expertise in banking processes, fund accounting, data management, regulatory frameworks, and IT transformation.

**How do we imagine our future**Senior Project Manager - Fund Accounting / Fund Events**?**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fund Accounting, Fund Operations, or Asset Management environments.
- Strong expertise in managing fund events projects: launches, mergers, share class creations, and system migrations.
- Proven knowledge using eFront FIA, Multifonds MFFA, GP3-4, Investran, or similar.
- Solid understanding of fund operations processes and regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, MiFID, or equivalent).

**Required profile.**:

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple operational teams and manage client-facing projects.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage at senior levels.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
- Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
