**Main objectives**
In order to support the Operations Division and the reinforcement of its activities, we are currently looking for an Expert Fund Dealing Officer.
You will be in charge of routing the orders on mutual and hedge funds to the Transfer Agents or to Fund Trading Platforms for our clients across the various locations of the Edmond de Rothschild Group serviced by Luxembourg.
You will be offer the opportunity to evolve in a fast growing environment where we value empowerment and integrity.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Perform all necessary tasks related to the activity: processing of all manual transactions received from investors assuring high quality and timely execution; verifying/reconciling all pending transactions until the NAVs are applied
- Coordinate interactions with providers, transfer agents, sub-custodians platforms (e.g. Vestima, CFN, Allfunds) and other teams
- Perform various controls focused on daily activities
- Ensure when the case occurs, that appropriate incident memorandum together with remediation plans are established, documented and reported
- Actively participate in various projects relating to the service activities aiming at reinforcing the automatization, reducing risks and costs, improving quality, answering to regulatory constraints
- Follow-up of group mailboxes
- Develop expertise on all the activities, in various matter relating to the activity
- Train juniors collaborators to improve their skills
- Share knowledge and provide assistance to the management.
- Be proactive to solve issues and propose creative solutions to the team and manager when necessary
- Contribute in the writing of procedures and Operating Memorandum and ensure activities are documented and updated.
- Be focused on quality
**Job requirements**
- Studies in Finance, Accounting or Economics (BAC + 3/4) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in this function or similar one
- Strong knowledge of the fund industry, especially Hedge Funds (gating, equalization )
- Knowledge of several Fund Trading Platforms would be considered as an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required
- Client focus, detail oriented
- French and English are mandatory, another European language is a plus
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Adapting to the multi cultural environnement
- Team Spirit and Team player
- Knowledge of the Avaloq platform is a plus
