Dealing/settlement Consultant

**Mission**
- Manage dealing and Special Funds via various electronic links (Fax, Swift, FTP, NSCC, Clearstream, Euroclear etc)
- Handle FXes NAV injection, estimated and final cashflow reporting and communication, Contract Note & payment instruction generation and monitoring, internal and external dealing reporting
- Process and monitor manual payments through the various banking systems
- Handle and monitor manual settlement instructions, settlement reporting and related cash movements through the Clearing Platform
- Review multi-batch environment to meet deadlines
- Perform the allocated tasks in adherence to relevant procedures (SLA, Operating Memorandum)
- Perform daily verifications and process validations
- Participate in audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks
- Work with the India team on set up and coordination of the quality controls
- Prepare weekly statistics, progress reports and provide regular feedback to the project team on status
- Complete standard checklists and controls
**Skills**
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in performing dealing and settlement activities
- Excellent command of French and English
- Knowledge of tools such as MFTA and EXP would be a definite advantage
- Knowledge of SWIFT (Particularly - MT/MX 103, 202, 101, 210)
- Proactive and communicative with an ability to take initiative and assume responsibility
- Strong analytical and communication skills - oral, written and presentation
- Goal and solution-oriented behavior
- Strong organization skills and quality focused
- Conscientious and accurate working attitude
- To be respectful towards procedures and internal policies
