**What you will be doing**
- Assist with drafting and review of legal documents;
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the fintech industry;
- Provide support to the legal team in various projects as needed;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department;
- Work closely with the members of the legal team to identify and implement process improvements;
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date legal and corporate records and databases;
- Implementing and maintaining online filing and document management systems.

- at least 1 year of experience as paralegal supporting in-house legal team or in an international law firm;
- fluency in English and Italian (additionally French would be desirable);
- a flexible mindset to facilitate solutions that take into account different stakeholders' needs;
- proficient knowledge of Word/Excel or equivalent tools;
- a good team player attitude;
- ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg.
