**Who are we looking for?**

Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A. is looking for dynamic professionals to join the Company

Due to our successful and growing Management Company and AIFM business we are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate level Paralegal to join the Legal Team based in Luxembourg.

**What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Professional qualified experience of a minimum of 1 year in a Paralegal/Legal Assistant role in Luxembourg (in financial services or corporate environment)
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic business and regulatory environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken) essential. Additional languages would be considered as an asset

**What is your role and your responsibilities?**
- Assisting and participating in the creation and maintenance of legal documents including template contracts, fund documentation as well as any other corporate and legal documentation
- Assisting with legal document management
- Document cross-checking, making document amendments and document imaging/ scanning
- Assisting the team with regards to legal research and/or legal issues
- Supporting the Fund Lawyer(s) in charge of a file and assisting the team during daily tasks
- Taking part in projects and internal meetings and taking
- over other ad hoc assignments
- Providing matter and project management support to the lawyers, including minuting and tracking tasks and progress towards project milestones
