**Your next challenge:
- Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.
- Day-to-day management and control of all the clients' queries, in collaboration with RMs (account openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
- Proactive follow-up of accounts status.
- Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs.
- Test new IT tools
**Your skills:
- Typically at least 3 years' experience in the banking environment, in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, any other language is seen as an advantage
- Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
- Strongly client
