**Compliance Chief Officer**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE REPONSIBLE FOR (but not limited to)**:

- Participate and implement an effective compliance framework;
- Create a proper internal control in relation with the risk management and the MLRO;
- Draft, revise and assess company policies;
- Identify deficiencies and implement remedial actions;
- Carryout KYC on MFEX clients;
- Knowledge in MIFID, CRS, AML and CSSF regulation;
- Provide monitoring reports to the Head Management and Board of Directors;
- Maintain internal standards while ensuring the achievement of the company strategy;
- Work closely with the Operations Team in order to raise their awareness on compliance issues.

**WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU**:

- Graduated in Law or Finance;
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar position or as internal auditor;
- Strong knowledge of European regulations and industry practices;
- Able to work in autonomy and cooperate with your compliance pairs in other group offices;
- Team player, business-oriented and meticulous;
- Well-known for your interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English. Any other language would be consider as a valuable asset.
