Dans le cadre du développement de l'activité, le Département Conformité souhaite renforcer ses équipes d’un Compliance Officer en collaboration directe avec le Chief Compliance Officer.

**Vos missions au quotidien**

Le Compliance Officer participe au développement de la culture compliance au sein de l’établissement financier et s'assure du respect de la réglementation et des procédures relatives à la lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux, le financement du terrorisme, les Sanctions & Embargos, le RGPD, la Gouvernance, la Sécurité Informatique et les Cyber Attaques, la Sous-Traitance, la Comptabilité et les Finances...

En étroite collaboration avec le Chief Compliance Officer, vous participerez à l’élaboration et à l’exécution du plan de contrôle de sécurité financière et accompagnerez le métier au jour le jour.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:

- Contribuer à la définition des processus et contrôles à déployer par les métiers ;
- Revoir les dossiers Know Your Customer à risque dans le cadre de l’Ongoing ;
- Traiter les demandes CRIL de la Police Judiciaire, décisions d’injonction de l’Administration des Contributions Directes et toute autre demande émanant des autorités de contrôle ;
- Effectuer les contrôles de 2ème ligne suivant le Compliance Monitoring Program ;
- Participer à l’élaboration des procédures de Conformité ;
- Répondre aux sollicitations des différentes lignes de métier ;
- Participer aux reportings périodiques.

**Et si c’était vous ?**

De formation Bac+5, issu(e) d’Ecole de commerce ou d’une formation Universitaire avec une spécialisation en Audit, vous avez idéalement une première expérience en audit interne/audit externe et possédez ces softskills:

- Forte sensibilité aux risques ;
- Organisation et gestion des priorités ;
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, orientation processus et amélioration continue ;
- Maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral, la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
