Project Management Senior

**Job Type(s)**:contract Freelancer**Location(s)**:Luxembourg**Company Name**:infeurope S.A.infeurope is looking for A **Project Management Senior (F/M)** with at least 7 years of experience.

**TASKS**:

- Project management support for Building and Logistics Department including set up of the project according to a project management methodology, and ensure that tasks are structured and allocated accordingly;
- Proactively manage the execution of projects by ensuring that work packages are properly defined, allocated and followed up on, and that regular project meetings are held to ensure that all tasks are on track;
- Detail the governance model (e.g. roles and responsibilities, stakeholders map) for the infrastructure of buildings’ related technologies and propose the final scenario;
- Facilitate the review of the buildings’ technology infrastructure architecture for related services allowing wired and wireless “on premise”, “cloud” and “hybrid” solutions (e.g. data connectivity, monitoring model);
- Facilitate the definition of the final access management and patching strategy related to technology infrastructure of the Bank’s buildings and facilities;
- Establish the transformation roadmap for the defined Target Operating Model;
- Propose KPIs, SLAs, RTOs and RPOs to ensure that the service (i.e.: managing the infrastructure) provided meets the stakeholders expectations;
- Propose key process for implementation and running technology in Building and Logistics Department (e.g. Incident, Change and Release management);
- Propose procurement strategy/processes for services and solutions/systems (implementation/execution, maintenance, support), as well as framework on Exit (from contract) and Transition (between contracts);
- Prepare calculations for allocation of resources (internal, consultants, contracts) for running technology in Building and Logistics Department.

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Programme and project management methodologies (e.g. PM2, Prince2) relevant to large and complex initiatives, including the definition of priorities, and roadmap, and the provision of high level costs and workload estimates;
- Information Security and Risk Management (e.g. CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 27005);
- Managing and delivering on a large scale project dealing with security, safety, network, cybersecurity, building infrastructure and managed services;
- Design and / or engineering processes, methodologies (e.g. audit, gap-analysis, transformation programs);
- Commercial building operations and technical services contracting methodologies for technology infrastructure;
- Procurement, Maintenance and Support services in IT, building technology, security and safety or equivalent;
- Technology solutions/systems for at least two of the areas: Network infrastructure, Facilities management, Smart buildings, Security and Safety, Cyber-security;
- Analysis and preparation of functional and technical requirement specifications;
- Providing services remotely through teleconferencing, video conferencing and other electronic means of communication;
- Administrative procedures related to the management of service contracts and call for tenders in public institutions or EU Member states;
- Drafting Terms of Reference, including selection and award criteria in accordance with EU public procurement rules, as well as best-practices;
- Professional use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software;
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the market at stake in Luxembourg and neighboring countries.
