Main Responsibilities will include:

- Provide IT technical support to all end users in BBH offices globally. This involves support of BBH Global users via ACD(telephone hotline) and remote support tools. This comprises about 50 percent of the role.
- Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems. Respond to tickets and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Liaise with other Systems support personnel in Europe and the US on hardware and software upgrades and complex IT issues and projects.
- Remain knowledgeable on current technologies and BBH standards through training classes, industry literature, and on-the-job training.
- Lead small to medium sized projects. Assist with the implementation of large-scale Systems Projects/Upgrades as required.
- Develop and document technology operational procedures and equipment.
- Assist in the documentation, testing, and implementation (if necessary) of the Luxembourg Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Develop and deliver solutions for various business lines across BBH.

Client Interaction
- Act as liaison between Systems 2nd and 3rd level technical staff and end-users during troubleshooting, escalating as needed.

Projects and training:

- Educate and assist systems technical staff
- Focus on client satisfaction by meeting service level agreements and KPI’s.
- Participate in local and global technical projects, upgrades and software roll-outs where necessary.
- Liaise with hardware vendors on warranty and procurement issues
- Serve as an example by making positive contributions and following team objectives.
