**VOS MISSIONS**:
**En tant que Support Technician, vous serez responsable d'une variété de tâches liées au support technique et à la résolution des incidents. Vos principales responsabilités comprendront**:

- Répondre aux **appels entrants** et assister les utilisateurs avec leurs problèmes techniques
- Analyser les** incidents**, les** demandes** et les **problèmes**, en trouvant des solutions efficaces
- Assurer le **suivi des incidents** et maintenir les données à jour dans le Service Desk Manager
- Collaborer avec des **groupes de soutien** spécialisés pour résoudre les incidents complexes
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la **gestion des incidents**:

- Surveiller les **systèmes critiques** et agir rapidement en cas d'anomalies
- Fournir un support applicatif pour des logiciels tels que **Windows**, **MS Office**, etc.
- Installer des images système Windows et créer des utilisateurs dans** Active Directory**

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de baccalauréat et possédez au moins **un an d'expérience** professionnelle dans une fonction de support technique semblable.
- Maîtrise du **français** à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Niveau B2 minimum en **anglais**:

- **Certification ITIL** (la certification peut être obtenue avant le démarrage de la mission)
- Expérience avec **Active Directory** et de bonnes compétences en Windows, MS Office, etc.
- Capacité à s'intégrer dans un **environnement international** et** multiculturel**:

- Excellentes compétences en** communication** et esprit d'équipe
