Human Innovation Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join the team of a Wealth Family company. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful projects within our organization.
Working closely with General Management, you will participate in discussions on the Group's strategy and be one of the operational players in its implementation.
**Responsibilities**:
Management and monitoring of corporate accounting and taxation.
Operational management of certain subsidiaries;
Management and monitoring of development projects linked to structure' strategy under the supervision of General Management;
Continuous and rigorous administrative and financial management and monitoring in support of General Management;
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering school, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- At least +5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of financial operations, regulations, and compliance
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory - Fluency in Portuguese is an asset
- Any other skills/expertise would be an asset, particularly in financial management, auditing, accounting, etc.
